CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be done online. Cancellations done through email or social media will not be valid. Failure to show up to your appointment or cancellations under 24 hours will result in a charge for the full amount of services booked. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability of services for you and others.
